This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the ex- parte impugned order dated 13.06.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 in Case No.4716 of 2024 (Abha Vs. Champa Devil/Computerized Case No. 1202414290504716 under section 34 J.P. Revenue Code-2006 during the pendency of the recall application dated 16.06.2025 pending before the respondent no.2. (ii) Issue a writ order direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to stay the further proceeding of Case No.4716 of 2024 (Abha Vs. Champa Devil)/Computerized Case No.T202414290504716 under section 34 U.P. Revenue Code-2006 during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court. (iii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the restoration application dated 16.06.2025 after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner till the decision of aforesaid restoration application the ex-parte impugned order dated 13.06.2025 may kept in abeyance and not give any effect in the interest of justice." From perusal of the prayers made in the writ petition, no relief can be granted to the petitioner, at this stage. Writ petition stands dismissed. However, as the restoration application is still pending consideration, petitioner may contest the same and said application may be decided as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
