Learned counsel for the appellants prays for time.

Order sheet dated 29.10.2025 reads as under:
"Learned counsel for the appellants sought for pass over of the matter in the morning session. Hence, the matter was passed over. When the matter is again called out, there was no representation. The appeal is listed for seventh time for compliance of office objections. However, the same is not complied with. The order sheet dated 05.12.2024 reads as under:

"Finally, two week's time is granted to comply the office objections, failing which, the appeal would stand dismissed." Inspite of that, there is no progress in the matter. Even though, I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter, to afford one more opportunity, list on 05.11.2025."
3. The matter is listed for eighth time for compliance of office objections. Still, there is no progress in the matter. It appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
4. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default i.e., for non-prosecution.
