As of now, the petitioner Manpreet Kaur is not found having any danger/threat from the private respondents and she does n However, the Police Department is duty bound to protect life and liberty of every citizen and the de SHO PS Mohkampura, Amritsar to keep surveillance on both the parties in order to thwart any untoward incident in future. As of now, the petitioner Manpreet Kaur is not found having any danger/threat from the private respondents and she does not require any security. the Police Department is duty bound to protect life and n and the deponent has issued direction to HO PS Mohkampura, Amritsar to keep surveillance on both the parties in order to thwart any untoward incident in future.
