The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of certain difficulty on the part of the petitioner, who is a lady with a child, the defects could not be removed. 3. The learned counsel for the State has no serious objection so far as the prayer for restoration is concerned. Admittedly, notice was never issued to the opposite party no.2 in the revision application. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the cause shown, the time for removal of defects in Criminal Revision No.903 of 2022, is extended till 13.06.2025. If the defects are removed within the extended time, office is directed to place the criminal revision before appropriate Bench as per roster. 5. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
