Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The present petition has been preferred with the following reliefs:- "1. Direct the Additional Principal Family Judge, Court No. 3, Prayagraj, to decide the Criminal Miscellaneous Recall Application No. 74 of 2023, titled Rajbahadur Singh @ Daroga vs. Smt. Anu Singh and Another, dated 07.06.2023, filed under Section 126 Cr.P.C., in Maintenance Case No. 278 of 2020, titled Smt. Anu Singh @ Madhuri Singh and Another vs. Rajabahadur Singh @ Daroga, pending before the Additional Principal Family Judge, Court No. 3, Prayagraj, within a stipulated period. 2. Stay the proceedings of Execution Case No. 24 of 2022, titled Smt. Anu Singh @ Madhuri Singh and Another vs. Rajabahadur Singh @ Daroga, under Section 128 Cr.P.C., pending before the Additional Principal Family Judge, Court No. 3, Prayagraj, until the disposal of the aforesaid Criminal Miscellaneous Recall Application." 3. By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the Criminal Miscellaneous Recall Application No. 74 of 2023 (Rajbahadur Singh @ Daroga vs. Smt. Anu Singh and Another) is pending since 07.06.2023. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned Court of Additional Principal Family Judge, Court No. 3, Prayagraj is hereby directed to expedite the Criminal Miscellaneous Recall Application No. 74 of 2023 (Rajbahadur Singh @ Daroga vs. Smt. Anu Singh and Another) pending before him since 07.06.2023 preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
