Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 13.08.2025. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the main appeal and post it for admission on 14.08.2025. If the cost is paid on or before 13.08.2025, this petition stands allowed.
