The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.17 dated 04.02.2025, registered under Section 306 of BNS (erstwhile 381 IPC) and 3(5) of BNS (erstwhile 34 IPC), at Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana. 2. Vide order dated 03.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 4. Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation on 18.08.2025 and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 5. Keeping in view the nature of the allegations, pre-trial incarceration of the petitioner is also not required. As such, a case is made out for allowing the present petition.
