(ORAL) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.03 dated 05.01.2025 registered under Sections 20, 27A and 29 of the NDPS Act registered at P.S. Mundkati, District Palwal. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 19.06.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Preet Pal, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Special Task Force (H), Unit Palwal in the court today which is taken on record and on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of orders dated 19.06.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 19.06.2025 is VINAY MAHAJAN 2025.07.30 09:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-32866-2025 #2 made absolute.
