At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to decide the representations dated 14.06.2025 and 07.06.2025 (Annexure P-1 and P-3) within a time bound manner. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2- the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga is directed to consider and decide the representations dated 14.06.2025 and 07.06.2025 (Annexure P-1 and P-3) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter.
5. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
