The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing & commanding the respondents to provide the information/query demanded by the petitioner under the the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act 1947 Rule-73 Dt. 29.11.2023." 3. Vide order dated 07.07.2025 learned Standing Counsel was granted time to seek the instructions but till date no instructions were provided. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.5/Village Secretary, Village Panchayat Kajri Noorpur, Udara, Khiriya, Parsona and Rati, District Shahjahanpur to provide necessary papers and documents as sought for by the petitioner vide representation dated 29.11.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
