Heard Party-in-Person appearing on behalf of the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.Jay Mehta on behalf of the respondent-State. 2. Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State. 3. By way of this application the applicant prays for being released on temporary bail for the purpose of providing $nancial assistance to the family. 4. It appears that the present applicant is arraigned as an accused in connection with an FIR bearing C.R.No 11191028240361/2024 registered with Vejalpur Police Station, Ahmedabad. R/CR.MA/23418/2025 ORDER DATED: 14/11/2025 5. It appears from the jail remarks that the applicant is in custody since 28.06.2024 and has never been released hereinbefore. 6. Though jail report shows that his conduct is not good, considering that he has never been released hereinbefore, this Court is inclined to consider this application. Hence, the applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 07 Days (Seven Days) from the date of his actual release on executing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority. 6.1. The applicant to mark his presence on the 2nd and 5th day of his release before the concerned police station. 7. The applicant shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
