ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
"a) Direct the Respondent 2 and 3 that petitioner Noorulla Khan Ctp – 9267 shall be considered for his Premature release in the ensuing meeting for release of Life Convicts. b) Pass any other order(s) which this court may deem fit and proper under the facts

and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the application of the petitioner has already been considered and is rejected, both by the Advisory Board and the Life Convict Release Committee.
3. In the aforesaid fact situation, learned counsel for the petition seeks permission to withdraw the above petition with liberty to challenge the same.
4. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
