The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.40 of 2018, dated 21.03.2018 on the file of Pakala Police Station, Chittoor District. 2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of charge sheet dated 02.01.2021 filed in the present case vide C.C.No.64 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pakala. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.64 of 2021 has already been filed on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pakala, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforesaid charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
