Issue a writ order or direction to further stop the private respondents no. 6,7 and 8 from raising any new construction over the petitioner land or to maintain status quo till the pendency of the civil suit which is numbered as 662 of 2025 (Rajesh & another vs Bahadur & others) and the same is pending before Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division, room no. 13, Prayagraj." 2. From perusal of material on record, it transpires that petitioner had already filed a civil suit which is pending consideration before Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division, Prayagraj. . 3. Once the petitioner has already approached civil court, the writ petition for same cause of action is not maintainable. 4. The writ petition is dismissed.
