Having regard to the aforesaid submissions of counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits claimed to have been submitted on 19.03.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced by the petitioner before respondents.
