The grievance projected by the petitioners in the present Writ petition is despite the controlling authority (Assistant Labour Commissioner, Srinagar), having already referred the matter with regard to the recovery of dues of gratuity awarded in favour of the petitioners to the office of the Collector (respondent No.1-herein), no action has been taken with regard to the recovery of the gratuity dues to the petitioners. 02. Having regard to the limited nature of the relief sought by the petitioners, the same can be disposed of at this stage without seeking reply from the respondents. 03. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take all necessary measures, as are available under law to ensure that the award passed in favour of the petitioners by the competent authority is executed most expeditiously. 04.
