By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioners have questioned the order of transfer dated 15.06.2025 whereby they have been transferred from the current place of posting to other places on the ground that petitioners being elected office bearers of union are exempted from annual transfer. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that this is general transfer order as per transfer policy and in the event petitioners are aggrieved they may make representation before the competent authority who may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law. 4. Learned Senior Advocate at this stage submits that though petitioners have already represented the matter before the competent authority citing provisions of the relevant government order laying down the transfer policy which may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event representations of petitioners are directed to be decided in accordance with law. 6. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2/ concerned respondent to consider and dispose of the pending representations of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from presentation of certified copy of this order by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
