The present petition has been filed challenging the first information report dated 17.6.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 298 of 2025, under Section 69, 89 & 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Shamli, District-Shamli. 3. The recital of the first information report discloses the commission of offence involving the petitioner in the above case, therefore, it is not a case for quashing the First Information Report. 4. Sri Qazi Vakil Ahmad, who appears for the respondent, states that an anticipatory bail application No.1049 of 2025 (Filing No. 2945 of 2025) (CNR No. UPSM010030262025) on the same FIR was filed by the petitioner on 25.06.2025 in the District Court and is listed today for hearing. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands dismissed.
