The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 358/2024 arising out of Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 09/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 513/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VIII, Jamshedpur. 3. On 01.02.2024 at about 5:30 pm, three unknown persons fired on the informant and his associates, due to which, his friend Taklu Lohar sustained injury on his head and succumbed to it. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade but he was not identified by the informant. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
