Petitioner before this Court is a Committee of Management of Balika Inter College, Shahganj, Jaunpur. Committee is aggrieved by impugned order dated 15.03.2025 passed by D.I.O.S., Jaunpur whereby a direction for single operation was made on a ground that Committee has not provided requisite documents. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner - Committee is ready to provide relevant documents and for which two weeks time is required and prays that concerned D.I.O.S. be directed to re-consider the order impugned on basis of documents. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection. 5. In view of above and considering fair submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that as soon as petitioner - Committee submits requisite documents in office of concerned respondents, the concerned respondents will re-look into the matter and will pass a fresh order.
