The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners and to restrain the private respondents no.4 to 14 from harassing them or interfering in their peaceful life. 2. In deference to the direction issued by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 19.06.2025, learned State counsel, has filed a status report, dated 24.06.2025, by way of an affidavit of Sh.Sushil Parkash, DSP (Crime) Kaithal, today in the Court, which is taken on record, with a copy thereof supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. In view of the above specific status report, which discloses that the petitioners are having no threat perceptions, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that he does not want press the instant petition. 4. Dismissed as not pressed.
