"issue such appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 08.08.2025 at ANNEXURE-D, 21.08.2025 at ANNEXURE-E, 08.08.2025 at ANNEXURE-F, 21.07.2025 at ANNEXURE-G, 14.08.2025 at ANNEXURE-H, within a specified time; b. issue such appropriate writ, order of direction particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to strictly adhere and comply with the directions of this Hon’ble Court in WP No.27/2018 dated 14.09.2023, shown at ANNEXURE-J; and c. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved by the re-grant order, the said order would have to be challenged by the petitioner in the appropriate forum. 6.
