The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 9.4.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 25 of 2025, under sections- 64,333,352,351(3) B.N.S. Police Station- Barhpura, District - Etawah and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. It has been averred in paragraph-6 of the short counter affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the respondent no.3, that matter has been amicably settled between the parties by way of the compromise. Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 has no objection, if the First Information Report is quashed. In view of the above the First Information Report is quashed. The writ petition is allowed.
