P.S.APPU, GP THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 08.04.2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: 2025:KER:30261 WP(C) NO. 14629 OF 2025 2 JUDGMENT The 1st petitioner is the holder of a Regular Permit in respect of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-76/4972. Petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 joint application filed for transfer of permit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. Learned Government Pleader submits that the Exhibit P2 application was filed only on 29.03.2025. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the 1st petitioner is planning to leave the country in order to settle with his children, who are residing abroad and therefore, the application may be considered in a time bound manner. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, if necessary, by circulation.
