Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that though the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed but after a long delay as such the instant writ application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned respondent for redressal of their grievance for payment of interest.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly admits that interest has not been given as such the petitioners may approach the appropriate authority.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ application is hereby disposed with liberty to the petitioner to raise their grievance for payment of interest before the concerned authority.
