This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned citation/recovery certificate dated June 6, 2025 issued by the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sadar, Kanpur Nagar. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank has instructions to submit that respondent Bank has requested the State authority for withdrawing the impugned citation/recovery certificate. 4. In light of the submission made above, the impugned citation/recovery certificate dated June 6, 2025 is quashed and set aside. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
