Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the Report filed by respondent No.2, I am of the view that as the respondents have taken action in furtherance of the same, the writ petition does not survive for consideration. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46352 WP No. 20859 of 2022 However, in the event if there is any life threat to the petitioner in future it is open for the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities immediately. 4.
