The present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.04.2014 as well as application dated 09.09.2021, whereby the effecting of pakka phodi and issuing of sketch was sought as regards Sy.No.2 measuring 3 acres situated at Kalinganahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Bhadravathi Taluk, Shivamogga District. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in terms of the procedure prescribed under - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40100 WP No. 7994 of 2025 the circular of 15.10.2022, process of phodi and durasth is to be ordered on the basis of online application. 4. Perused the order passed in W.P.No.4201/2023. Paragraphs No.3 and 4 reads as hereunder: "3. Learned Additional Government Advocate upon notice submits that the application of the petitioner for phodi has been made in physical mode and the same is required to be re-registered through online mode and upon such online application being made, the respondent – Authorities would consider the same and it would be disposed off in accordance with the guidelines of the existing circular and as per the seniority of her application. He relies on the Circular dated 15.10.2022 and the order passed in W.P.No. 551/2022. 4. The observations in Paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the order in W.P.No. 551/2022 reads as follows: "4. Learned AGA however submits that an application for Phodi and Durast work is required to be made online and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to file an application online. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40100 WP No. 7994 of 2025 5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application online to the respondent-Tahsildar and the respondent-Tahsildar is also directed to consider the application which would be filed by the petitioner and do the needful as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application." 5. In light of the same, the present petition is also disposed of on the same terms. The petitioner to make out an online application for seeking phodi and durasth and if the same is made and is in order, the said application filed through online mode to be considered by the Tahsildar and disposed of within a period not later than two months from the date of the said application being made. 6.
