The present petition has been filed challenging the first information report dated 13.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 59 of 2025, Under Section 3(5), 110, 352, 351(3), 105 BNS, Police Station- Churkhi, District- Jalaun. 3. It has been stated at the Bar by counsel for the petitioner and also by the Additional Government Advocate that the offence under Section 110 of BNS has been converted to Section 105 of BNS. 4. The perusal of the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence involving the petitioner in the above case, therefore, it is not a case for quashing the first information report. 5.
