1. The instant petition, when listed on 30.05.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner sought and was granted two days time to have instruction whether to pursue the matter any further or not.
2. Today, when the present petition was taken up for
consideration, Mr. M. Saleem learned Advocate vice Mr. G.N. Sofi, learned Advocate for the petitioner, submits that he has no instructions on behalf of the petitioner. Seemingly, the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter any further.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. ;
