Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Learned counsel for the applicants appears and seeks an adjournment of the case. 2. On perusal of the order dated 03.09.2024, it transpires that this Court, in paragraph no. 5, had granted liberty to applicant nos. 11 & 12 to prefer bail applications, as the learned counsel had expressed apprehension of arrest. However, despite this liberty, the order has not been complied with. 3. In the given circumstances, it appears that there was no genuine apprehension of arrest, nor is there any material on record to warrant interference by this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 4. In light of the above, the instant matter stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Order Date :- 6.3.2025 Anil K. Sharma Justice Vinod Diwakar Digitally signed by :- ANIL KUMAR SHARMA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
