This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no.02 to decide the Case No.8840 of 2025 computerised Case NO.T202515090308840 (Rajshree Singh Vs. Ambika Dutt) under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Tehsil-Rasra, District-Ballia, expeditiously within time bound manner as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It is contended that Case No.8840 of 2025 (Computer No.T202515090308840), under section- 34 /35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.2- Tehsildar, Rasra, District- Ballia. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondent, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2-Tehsildar, Rasra, District- Ballia to decide Case No.8840 of 2025 (Computer No.T202515090308840), under section- 34 /35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
