3. In course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance shall be addressed if his representation at page 27 of the writ application is considered by the respondent no. 3 herein.
4. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall consider the petitioner’s representation dated 12.03.2025 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law on hearing the parties by passing a reasoned order.
5. WPA 14589 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
6. There will be no order as to costs.
