This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is seeking a direction upon the respondents to provide the sufficient further time to deposit the entire amount of One Time Settlement which has taken place between the petitioner and the respondent Bank. 3. After hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the petitioners to approach the respondent Bank for rescheduling of their loan. In the event the petitioners approach the respondent Bank, the respondent Bank is directed to sympathetically look into the case of the petitioners and act in accordance with law.
