order dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by a Court in CWP-20568-2018 titled as “ State of Punjab and others”, which was disposed of in terms of connected CWP-12959-2017 titled as ‘Ravinder Kumar and others vs. State of Punjab and others’, decided on 25.7.2018. Learned State counsel has already filed the Reply dated 02.4.2024 by way of affidavit of Shri Anurag Verma, Chief Secretary Administrative Secretary, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Government of Punjab in the Registry, which is annexed on the file. Accordingly, the present petition stands having been rendered infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid Speaking Order dated 25.1.2024 (Annexure R-1) as per law, if so advised.
