Judge, CBI, Ranchi has not passed any order on the same in Cr. Misc. Case No. 147 of 1996 arising out of R.C. Case No. 19(A)/1996. Counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the concerned Spl. Judge, CBI, Ranchi to pass an appropriate order after considering the arguments of the parties. Considering the aforesaid submission of the parties , I direct the AJC-VII- cum- Special Judge, CBI, Ranch or the concerned Judge where the matter is pending to dispose of the application of the petitioner for release of the attachment along with the intervention application, strictly as per law in Cr.
