PER COURT :-
1. Heard rival submissions.
2. The applicants/claimants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation which had been deposited by the appellant/Railway. However, the
learned counsel for the appellant/Railway pointed out that it was a group of 21 claim petitions and in some of the connected matters this Court has already allowed the other applicants/claimants to withdraw 75% of the total compensation. 2025:BHC-AUG:3818

3. In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
4. The remaining amount be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis, till final disposal of this appeal.
5. The application is accordingly disposed of.
