This writ petition has been filed quashing the execution case No. 5 of 2022 (Veerendra Kumar Gupta Vs. Radheshaym and others) on the ground that in execution proceedings property has been auctioned and the petitioner is ready to deposit the decreetal amount. 3. Auction cannot be quashed on the ground that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the executing court for redressal of his grievance. 6.
