2. This is an application for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua, in A.B.P. No. 579 of 2025, vide order dated 25.04.2025, arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 04/2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 89, 115(2), 74, 76, 303(2), 352, and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Perused the records. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50151 of 2025(4) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 record, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order.
4. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. However, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the matter, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaimur at Bhabhua, is directed to consider and dispose of the application filed for enhancement of maintenance in Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 293 of 2024, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the learned Court below shall proceed with the matrimonial proceeding and make all endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
