Heard the arguments of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. It is submitted that the criminal revision case was filed challenging the order dated 16.09.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.81 of 2015 in M.C.No.1 of 2015 directing the petitioner to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to respondents No.1 to 4 and the maintenance case in M.C.No.1 of 2015 was disposed of on 12.04.2017 thereby this criminal revision case has become infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner is required to challenge the main order passed in M.C.No.1 of 2015. 4. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the main order in M.C.No.1 of 2015. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
