This Civil Application for bringing LR’s of Petitioner No.1 on record with condonation of delay of 1143 days. 2. Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants are farmers and due to lack of legal knowledge, Application could not be filed in time. It is his further submission that no malafides could be attributed against the Applicants for not filing the Application in time. It is his submission that by imposing the reasonable cost, Application can be allowed. 3. Learned Counsel for the Respondents opposed the Application and sought to point out no malafides on the parts of the Applicants. 955 WP 6404.2020.odt 1 of 2 4. In the interest of justice, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘B’ ‘C’ and ‘D’ subject to cost of Rs.1000/- payable to the Respondents.
