This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner Rushikesh Kishan Shinde has prayed for releasing him on bail, after he was arrested in connection with Paltanbazar P.S. Case No. 13/2025. 3. On 15.01.2025, an FIR was lodged before police, which reveals that when the informant was not present in the house, some unknown persons had entered into his house and escaped with gold ornaments. During investigation, police recovered some gold ornaments. It was also discovered that some persons purchased the gold ornaments and melted it and sold it to the present petitioner. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 5. This Court is of the opinion that under the given circumstances of the case, the petitioner no longer deserves to be detained in custody. Therefore, his bail application is allowed. 6. It is hereby directed that the petitioner, Rushikesh Kishan Shinde, who was arrested in connection with Paltanbazar P.S. Case No. 13/2025, shall be released on bail of ₹30,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati, Assam. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands disposed of. The CD shall be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
