Faridi, learned counsel for the applicant who submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.12.2024 passed in CRP(IO)/159/2023, he has ascertained the current address of the respondent no. 2, who has shifted from West Bengal to Dhubri and prays for allowing him to insert the new address of the respondent no. 2 by amending the cause title. The prayer is allowed. The applicant shall amend the cause title by inserting the new address of the respondent no. 2 in CRP(IO)/159/2023 within a week. After such amendment of the cause title, the applicant shall take steps upon the respondent no. 2 by a registered post with AD as well as by usual process within another week. Mr. R. K.
