The petitioner, upon identifying that the respondent Nos.6 to 8 herein are unauthorizedly constructing a commercial complex in the premises of the CSI Church bearing door No. 14/255, railway station road, Gudivada without authorization from CSITA, the petitioner has submitted a complaint to respondent No.2. in the year 2022. Thereafter, the petitioner got issued notices to the said unofficial respondents, despite which the unofficial respondents continued with the said constructions. 2. Thereafter, the 2^^ respondent had issued provisional notice 3. th dated 19.06.2023 to respondent No.6, subsequent to which the 6 Vs—, 3 respondent was also issued confirmation order dated 28.06.2023. In spite of the same, the respondent Nos.6 to 8 have been constructing structures illegally in the aforementioned property. As such, the petitioner sought the status of the said construction for which the 2"^ respondent furnished information stating that there is no illegal construction in the said premises and that if there is any such construction, action would be initiated against such violators. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2'^^ respondent in initiating further steps pursuant to the confirmation order dated 28.06.2023, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 4. Today when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel has furnished a copy of instructions received from the 2 respondent wherein it is stated that after the respondents have issued provisional and confirmation orders to respondent Nos.6 to 8 and that at present, the structure is incomplete stage with incomplete flooring, ceiling, windows and doors, it is further stated that as the respondent Nos.6 to 8 have not complied with the lawful directions of the 2"'^ respondent by removing the unauthorized construction, a charge sheet was filed against them for the offences punishable under Section 228 of ARM Act, 1965 and 114(1D), 114(2) of A.P.CRDA.Act, 2014. 5. nd In view of the fact that the respondents have already initiated further course of action pursuant to the confirmation order dated 28.06.2023 by filing a charge sheet against the unofficial respondents, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.2 to proceed further in pursuance of the confirmation order dated 28.06.2023 issued in favour of respondent Nos.6 to 8. ■ 6. 4 9^ 1. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
