The order dated 31.07.2023 was passed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil & District Etah in favour of the petitioner in the proceedings being Case No.09624/2023 (Computerized Case No.T202318210409624) (Sanjesh Kumar v. Keshav Devi and others) and Case No. 9597/2023 (Computerized Case No. T202318210409597 (Sanjesh Kumar v. Devraj Singh and others). 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the compliance of the aforesaid order, a letter/representation was written by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 on District Magistrate Etah on 24.10.2024. It is prayed that the respondent No.3 be directed to do needful in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to place all the necessary papers and documents before the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil & District Etah within three weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. The respondent No.3 is directed to pass appropriate order in the matter on the next three weeks from the date of submission of placing the materials before him.
