The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alias with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2 to release the payment of the petitioner for the work done by petitioner under the village Panchayat Bamrauli, Vikas Khand Bilsanda, Pilibhit for the period of 2020-21. 2. It is argued that though certain works were conducted by the petitioner when she was Gram Pradhan in the period 2020-21. Though on the application submitted by the petitioner, a letter dated 19.02.2024 was written by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Pilibhit to the Assistant Development Officer (Panchayat) asking his comments. 3. Chief Development Officer, Pilibhit appointed two members Inquiry Committee in this regard vide order dated 01.03.2024. In this regard a letter dated 13.02.2024 was also written by the same authority. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 4. Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to move a fresh representation ventilating all her grievances before the concerned competent authority within a period of three weeks from today along-with certified copy of this order. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the concerned competent authority within the time indicated hereinabove, he is directed to do the needful in the matter as per procedure prescribed in law, most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner before him.
