Learned Senior counsel for respondent No.5, at the outset, submits that respondent has filed Civil Suit which is still pending. The suit is relating to land in question. This fact has not been disclosed by the petitioner in the instant petition despite being aware. 3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to controvert that Civil Suit involving the issue herein is pending before the Civil Court. He does not dispute the fact that Civil Court is Court of competent jurisdiction to adjudicate the matter. He further submits that he has remedy under Section 142 of Sikh Gurudwaras Act, 1925. 4. Without commenting upon merits of the case, the petitions are disposed of with liberty to the parties to pursue their matter before the Civil Court or as otherwise permissible by law.
