A short counter affidavit has been filed by the Additional Government Advocate, which is taken on record. Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the A.G.A. for the State- respondents. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.6.2025 Case Crime No.0367 of 2025, u/s-308(2), 336(2), 336(3) 340(2), 352 61(2), B.N.S. 2023, and Sec.72 of I.T. (Amendment) Act 2000, and Sec.3(2) (va) of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act -2015), P.S. Jagdishpura District- Commissionerate Agra. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.6.2025 Case Crime No.0367 of 2025, u/s-308(2), 336(2), 336(3) 340(2), 352 61(2), B.N.S. 2023, and Sec.72 of I.T. (Amendment) Act 2000, and Sec.3(2)(va) of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 (Amendment 2015) P.S. Jagdishpura District Commissionerate Agra and further be pleased to stay the investigation to be made in the pursuance of the impugned F.I.R." It has been stated in the counter affidavit that a final report has been filed Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashish Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Namit Kumar Sharma Vishesh Kumar Srivastava And 4 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) in the case on 02.09.2025. As the final report has already been filed in the case, the writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
