2. The present criminal writ petition has been filed for directing the official respondents to arrest respondent Nos.6 to 10 who are absconding accused in Bihar P.S. Case No. 162 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 342, 504, 506, 323 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. I find that the criminal writ petition is highly
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.303 of 2018(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 misconceived. It is for the Trial Court to take coercive measure against the accused persons who are absconding. This is not a matter of writ. The petitioner has efficacious legal remedy to pray to learned Trial Court to take legal steps as provided under the Criminal Procedure Code to arrest the accused persons, if required.
4. Hence, the present petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
