Perused the impugned judgments and awards. Heard learned A.G.P. and learned advocate appearing for acquiring body in the respective appeals. Learned A.G.P. and learned advocate appearing for acquiring body, in the respective appeals, fairly concede that the compensation awarded vide impugned judgments and awards, passed by the Reference Court, is within four times of fa1329.18- -10- the rate awarded by the S.L.A.O.. In this respect, the Government has taken a decision not to prosecute the appeals which squarely falls in the category as explained in Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and subsequent corrigendum dated 23.02.2017. 3.
